TikTikSave respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
TikTikSave operates as a tool that facilitates downloading publicly available content from TikTok. We do not host, store, or control any user-generated content. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and have established this DMCA policy to address such issues.
Our Position
Important Clarification
TikTikSave is a service that:
- Does NOT host any TikTok videos or content
- Does NOT store downloaded videos on our servers
- Does NOT have control over TikTok's content
- Only provides a technical tool to download publicly available videos
All content is hosted on TikTok's servers and belongs to their respective creators. For content removal, please contact TikTok directly through their official channels.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work - A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material - The specific URL(s) or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information - Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement - A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or electronic signature - Your physical or electronic signature.

False Claims Warning
Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Users who abuse our service for copyright infringement may be permanently banned.
